Pastor Brian Beasley

Pastor Brian leads Growing Faith Church which he and his wife, Jeana, planted in March of 2025 with a team of 22 dedicated Jesus followers. He also works full time practicing law as an attorney for a municipal police department.

Brian met his wife, Jeana, while they were students at the University of North Carolina and they celebrated 30 years of marriage in 2025.  God has blessed them with three wonderful children: Christina Brown (Payden), Elizabeth Beasley, and Jacob Beasley.  Their family loves music, the beach, and playing board games together.

Call to Ministry

Brian has been involved in church ministry most of his adult life, including fifteen years as a paid choral director for a local church. One Saturday in 2019, after he had been practicing law for over 20 years, a conversation with his wife caused them to start asking what God might want him to do after retirement. They prayed that God would confirm whether he should get a seminary degree.

The very next Sunday morning, Brian ran into his pastor who told him about an opportunity to visit IMB missionaries serving in Thailand. Brian immediately felt the Lord telling him to go on this trip. After spending ten days serving alongside these missionaries in several areas in Thailand, Brian decided to get a seminary degree. Two and a half years later, he graduated from New Orleans Baptist Theological Seminary with a masters in Pastoral Ministry.

Right after finishing his seminary coursework, Brian had the opportunity to lead a mission team to Ukraine. During that trip, Brian felt God calling him to pastor a church. Through prayer and conversations with other pastors, Brian and Jeana felt led to plant a new church in the Liberty area. They were assessed, trained, and ultimately endorsed as church planters by NAMB's Send Network and launched Growing Faith Church in March of 2025.
